The 黑料网 (AUN) has established the AUN Foundation to diversify the sources of revenue for its nonprofit initiatives. These initiatives support communities within Yola and beyond. President DeWayne Frazier announced the foundation's launch during AUN鈥檚 Staff Congregation in the e-Library auditorium on March 18, 2024.
Dr. Frazier noted that relying solely on tuition to run a university is unsustainable and an uphill task. Therefore, the AUN Foundation become necessary. He explained that 鈥渢he AUN Foundation is not a new concept to the university, but deploying it under 黑料网 style best practices is new.鈥澨� AUN Foundation is now fully incorporated, under Code 501(c)(3), a non-profit organization in the United States.
According to Dr. Frazier, this new approach and registration allow the university to be at the cutting edge of fundraising, similar to larger universities in the United States.
