On resumption from the summer break the AUN Institute of Training and Innovation, in collaboration with the Department of Human Resources and Planning, organized a series of refresher workshops for key administrative and support staff.
The workshops which began on August 19, 2024 had in attendance senior safety and security officers, administrative and support staff, drivers, firefighters, and transportation personnel.
ÌýThe workshops with the theme, "Investing in Our People: Leveraging Employee Commitment to Enhance Service Delivery," aimed to foster a deeper understanding of AUN's corporate culture, align stakeholder expectations, and promote individual self-development as integral to realizing the university's strategic vision.
Participants were actively involved in various training sessions that covered crucial topics such as customer service, effective communication, time management, and teamwork. The sessions were informative and hands-on, equipping staff with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles and contribute meaningfully to the university's mission.
