Dean of the Graduate School and Research, Professor Jacob Udo-Udo Jacob, says the proposed UNICEF-AUN Master in Communication for Social and Behavior Change will be open to qualified applicants. He said the opportunity to be part of this important program would also be extended to applicants outside Nigeria.
"We are looking at a hybrid program model. Students who have the ability and the means can come over to our Yola campus where they are assured of the complete program experience. But we are also aware that there may be busy professionals in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, or outside Nigeria who want to take the course and they will be accommodated", professor Jacob said.
The Professor of Strategic Communication explained that communication experts and practitioners from non-governmental organizations, the media industry, Government information departments, academia, community leaders, and those aspiring for new roles that require advanced skills in communication would immensely benefit from the program.
